	LA SOCIETÁ
	La TRIOM è nata nel 1969 in qualità di sub-contractor nel settore della fanaleria. Nel 1977 diventa S.p.A. e si presenta direttamente sul mercato. La capacità di progettare ed industrializzare in tempi molto ristretti ha fatto si che la TRIOM sia diventata partner dei più importanti costruttori del settore motoveicolistico. Questa peculiarità unita alla capacità tecnica, ha inoltre reso possibile l'ingresso di TRIOM in altri settori veicolistici con prodotti innovativi (alcuni dei quali brevettati) . TRIOM Company was set up in 1969 as a Sub-Contractor in the field of lamps. In 1977 became a Joint-Stock Company (SPA) and started operating directly on the market. Its capability both as regards planning and industrializing in very short times, made it possible for TRIOM SpA to become partner on the most important manufacturers in the motorcycles sector. Besides, this peculiarity, joint to its technical capability, made it possible for TRIOM SpA to start operating in other vehicle sector with most innovating products (some of which patented).
	ORIENTAMENTO ALLA QUALITÁ
	Negli ultimi 10 anni, la TRIOM si è sviluppata secondo una strategia orientata alla qualità. Lo sviluppo di prodotti e processi è sempre in ottica di innovazione ed affidabilità. Dal 1996 vanta la certificazione ISO 9001, nel 2004 otterrà la certificazione Vision 2000. During the last 10 year, TRIOM SpA developed according to a policy having quality as main aim. The development of both products and process is always in view of both innovation and trust worthiness. In 1996 the ISO 9001 was obtained, we are planning to get Vision 2000 certification in the 2004.
	Parlare di qualità, senza sentirsi dire "io lavoro già con qualità " oppure "per lavorare con qualità ho bisogno di più tempo" oppure ancora "vorrei lavorare con qualità ma per colpa di ….. non posso", è sicuramente un’utopia. E’ difficile chiedere di mutare atteggiamenti ormai consolidati ma sono fermamente convinto che, in futuro, il successo della nostra azienda passerà solo ed esclusivamente attraverso l’analisi quotidiana dei ns. comportamenti e delle ns. azioni, con l’obiettivo di migliorare ed eventualmente formulare delle proposte di miglioramento”. Vincenzo Lioy Amministratore delegato Speaking of Quality, without being answered "I do already work with quality", or "I'd need more time in order to work with quality", or even "I'd like to work with quality, but due to...I cannot", obviously sounds like a utopia. It's difficult to ask to modify behaviours and habits consolidated over the years, but I am firmly convinced that, in the future, the success of our Company will come as a result of the daily analysis of our behaviours as well as our actions, with the aim to get improvements, and in case suggest new improvement proposal.
